PestMate Software
Leadership at Edge Pest Control decided to build their own proprietary software to run the business because nothing on the market could fulfill their needs. They then commercialized the software and sold it to other Pest Control companies under the name PestMate. I designed the look and helped develop it using HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, JQuery, and MySQL.
PestMate Training Library
I designed and developed a training library within PestMate. I developed the customer-facing and back-end interfaces to manage the content using PHP, MySQL, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
PestMate Website
I designed and developed a website to help sell the PestMate software. I built a custom WordPress theme from scratch and was consistent with brand messaging throughout the campaign.
The NPMA App
Because of the initial success of PestMate, we were hired by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) to convert their “Field Guide” book into an app for technicians to use to identify insects in the field. I designed the layout and worked with Entomologists to ensure correct insect images were used. They were very happy with the product, and it sold well.
